The Street Smart Mental Health Podcast is co-hosted by Brandon McNamee (The Natty King) & Michael Wellington.
The mental health landscape in our country today is filled with outlandish obstacles. It can sometimes take as long as two months to get a talk therapy session with a counselor or an appointment with a psychiatrist. Other challenges in the mental health world include stigmas associated with specific mental illnesses, severed relationships, greedy doctors and broken families. It will give listeners fresh ideas, new techniques and unique “outside the box” practices that will aid them in taking better ownership of their mental health.
